After clearing Immigration and Customs, exit the terminal and go outside to the arrival area. Once outside, look for your greeter holding a sign displaying BALLERZ PARADISE TOURS. Show your voucher to the driver/guide and he/she will escort you to your ride. DEPARTURE – Transfer to the airport is scheduled 2.5 - 3 hours before the departure time provided on your reservation. A message will be sent to your email with exact pickup time. For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the day of scheduled pick-up. All sales are final within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up date.
